Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our programmes
How big is the class group size?
Each class has a maximum of 6 students, so every child gets plenty of individual attention and interaction with the teacher.
How are materials sent for the class?
All materials are sent online. Students will receive worksheets, notes, and practice papers digitally before or after each lesson.
What if my child is weak in English and cannot follow the classes?
We offer free consultations for your child. If they cannot understand the material from class or have extra questions from school, they can simply book a consultation and we would be happy to clarify everything. They can also reach us anytime through WhatsApp and we will promptly reply.
My child struggles to come up with ideas or always writes the same boring essays. How do you help with that?
The camera must be turned on for every lesson — our classes are super interactive, so we assure your child will be actively learning instead of just sitting in a normal classroom and daydreaming. Our teachers are fun and lively! It'll be as if the student is learning from a senior top student who has been through the rigorous exams before.
What happens if my child misses a lesson?
No worries — just let us know and we will work with you directly to arrange a make-up session or provide the lesson materials so your child doesn't fall behind.
Is there a free trial lesson available?
Yes! We offer a free trial lesson so your child can experience our teaching style, interact with the teacher, and see if the class is the right fit — all with zero commitment. Simply contact us to arrange one.
