1. General
By enrolling in Jeff Learning Centre ("the Centre"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Fees & Payment
All fees are to be paid in advance before the start of each term. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow. Late payments may incur an administrative surcharge.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Lesson cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered as conducted. Make-up lessons are provided on a best-effort basis subject to availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, worksheets, notes, and resources provided by the Centre are the intellectual property of Jeff Learning Centre. They may not be reproduced or distributed without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Centre does not guarantee specific academic results. The Centre shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
